Would you ever build IKEA furniture without looking at the instructions, just crossing your fingers that it won’t end up as a pile of wood and bolts?

Nor would I. And I wouldn’t expect the IKEA furniture to build itself because I visualised it looking nice in my bedroom.

In other words, “Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare”. That’s how the famous Japanese proverb goes, and that’s what many business owners are going through daily when it comes to planning (or not) the future of the business.

I use a set of simple tools to map out that vision and give it traction, and I’d love to share them with you at one of my free Boardroom Insights sessions.
